Newcomers

Greetings New Parishioners and Guests!

It is with great joy that we welcome you to our family! Our faith family’s mission is to proclaim the Kingdom of God, to praise the name of Jesus and follow Him by loving God and our neighbor.

Our parish exists as a vibrant and welcoming Parish of faithful servants who: Adore Jesus Christ as Savior; Live the New Evangelization through the Sacraments and Catechesis; and Proclaim the Gospel to all people through a lived faith and outreach.

St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church is a stewardship parish. We are obligated to be stewards of the Church—collaborators and cooperators in continuing the redemptive work of Jesus Christ, which is the Church’s essential mission. This mission—proclaiming and teaching, serving and sanctifying—is our task. It is the personal responsibility of each one of us as stewards of the Church. All members of the Church have their own roles to play in carrying out its mission: Parents, who nurture their children in the light of faith; Parishioners, who work to make their parishes true communities of faith and vibrant sources of service to the larger community; All Catholics, who give generous support—time, money, prayers, and personal service according to their circumstances—to parish and diocesan programs and to the universal Church.

We have many ministries to volunteer your time as well as many opportunities to grow in your faith. Please get involved as it is a great way to meet other parishioners, who like you, have made a commitment to be disciples of Jesus Christ. Information on events planned throughout the year can be found in our weekly Bulletin as well as our parish Web site.

We hope that you will join us each and every Sunday, and at weekday Masses too, with full mind, heart and voice for the glory of God! Please stop after Mass and introduce yourself to our Pastor as well as visiting our parish office to meet our excellent lay ministry staff. You may e-mail or call the office at 765-473-5543 to make an appointment to register as members of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, or for more information or assistance. We are here to serve you!

Again, welcome and May God bless your new life here!
